“As I grow and transform, I find myself in constant evolution — shifting, changing, becoming. But even in this endless motion, I still recognize the little girl within me — the one I long to protect.

When I am hard on myself, I imagine speaking directly to her. Would I repeat those same harsh words to her? No. I remind myself to be gentle, to be kind. To offer encouragement, not criticism. This inner dialogue has become a tool for compassion, patience, and healing — for her, and for the woman I’m becoming.
